Excursion:
NSU (Nova Southeastern University) Art Museum
Fort Lauderdale
Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026.
This is the third Thursday in April.
We will begin our visit with a private docent tour and finish where everyone completes an individual, small art project.
The museum is located at 1 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.
THIS IS A CAR TRIP.
Here are the trip details:
Check in: East Wing cardroom at 9:30 a.m.
Here’s how to get to the East Wing: When you face the theatre, the East Wing is to the left of the theatre and around the corner.
Docent-led tour and art project at the museum: 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Please be in the museum lobby ready to start the tour by 10:50 a.m.
Where to park: There is parking at the nearby Riverwalk Center Garage (150 SE 2nd St).
The Riverwalk garage is located across from the Broward County Main Library. There is also metered city parking directly east of the museum on SE 1st Avenue.
Cost: $20.00 per person
How to reserve your spot: RESERVATIONS CLOSE MONDAY, MARCH 30.
Reservations will NOT be accepted past this date, as we need to pre-pay our admission to the museum.
Please write the following information on the front of the envelope with your check: Your name Your cell phone number A local emergency contact if you are travelling alone.
CHECKS ONLY (cash not accepted), made out to Wynmoor Nature and Arts Club. One check per person per envelope (couples can use one check and one envelope). Drop off your check at 3302 Aruba Way, 1st floor mailroom opposite the elevator, in the black Nature and Arts Club mailbox against the wall.
The club does not operate on a first-come, first-served basis for any of our trips. Everyone has an equal chance to go on trips. However, due to space limitations for this trip, we may need to use a lottery to choose particpants. After reservations close, you will receive an email from the club confirming that you will be going on the trip.
No refunds, unless there is a wait list, and someone can take your place.
Only paid members can go on trips.
